I had a vision of a very red dress for my little K for Christmas. It is so difficult to make things perfect when you do not have any idea how to. Tried it the simplest way, came to a disappointment as usual. well this is me :) But i am in a learning process hope I will be able to make perfect summer dresses :)

So here is a SMILE story of the day. Tried to wake up K to school and heard some noise in the living room. "I wonder what Coffe (our boxer) is doing there?" - said I

"Maybe going around the Christmas tree and singing..." - replied K

:D she made my day perfect again ...

Well, a year and more passed since we moves into a new house, but nothing was done yet. Rooms are crying for renovation. Old people lived there with no taste so now I have to breat those green walls and crappy floor every day. well we manages to renovate two rooms: one is our K's - we love her so much; the other is guest room - we love guest so much :D
Anyway, this is the first out of two Christmas I decorated at home. And I love it, first of all my mom was visiting so I started Christmas early, second of all I purchased new lights :)
LOVE lights. I gues I have all season light because I loooove them.

I could say she is not so fond of being model but she insisted me to go in front of the camera. Jeeees.... dirty stinky mom after so much work in da house :D

smth good on a bad weekend

maybe the whole situation in others eyes would not have been bad. but usually when I do not complete any of my projects on a given time I consider it a lost time. Last weekend should have been dedicated for creative and instead gusts and parties. hate it now. anyway i experienced something nice - i tried the pastels and it was actually fun to do it. so AGAIN next weekend no more guests or at least those I do enjoy - friendly ones :) and new projects in photography and sewing.

starting a wish list

Lately I've been searching nett a lot. there are so many and I mean SO MANY nice cute adorable things you can find on other blogs or webs. I wish I could be a pro in everything I wish to do. for example the dresses of Bodin colorful, nice and simple.

Last night I tried to make a dress for K from the material she has chosen. this was a nightmare for me as a beginner it should be easy BUT it happened to be silk. and silk for beginners sucks! I used whole day and finished it but it looks tragic actually. that why I place pics for a dream dress not my made :)

So I WISH I'd be a STAR in sewing :)

Happy Fall

Not this but last weekend, or last sunday I was trying to catch the last days of the fall. the sun was bright the colors still there but I was too late. Of course I got smone to blame but my nature pics are not on a high level. I just do not see the nature and do not have passion for taking the pics of trees as others. Admire all the work of superstars but I just cannot catch it the way I want. Probably that is the reason I want to be a human photographer :)

#2 Dress

Here is the second dress to impress. This one fits at least and furthermore it is even a
little too big on top :) well at least I am getting there the third one will just have to be Perfect!

Hearts

Sometimes the small ones surprise you with there creativity and sense of art I would say.

Hearts are one of the favorite signature parts of my K. Usually after her own name she draws a heart a flower and a butterfly. Since her middle name is SOL (sun) she started to add Sun as well :)

But look at the color placements. she uses water pencils: draws with pencil and adds water :) NICE

pumpkins

As much as I dislike Martha Steward, her show sometimes gives some creative tips for the holidays. This year i am planing pumpkin carving. Gonna make one of those... or two. We'll See what happens. Last year we had two pumpkins standing outside in a frost they looked pretty funny but as no one else had the decoration in the street people noticed ours a lot. First time I sew a dress

This was my baby project, I bought material and sewing machine and started on the dress for my little one. Unfortunately my little is not so little and the dress came out a bit tight. Will try to make a new one A shape dress from fleece. They are so soft and warm it could be nice to succeed in this work this time. Since it is getting colder and colder the activities at home become more popular :) Coming back with new dress :)

Sleepwalking (also called somnambulism or noctambulism)

Well, Sunday night was pretty light because of the FULL moon. My little one fell asleep well but not so long after I heard some noise. Usually she rolls around in the bed and we have it covered with all possible soft stuff, but tonight... Tonight was different we found her in a living room, I heard some talking laughing... spooky. She was going for a walk no one knows where :)

So after taking the princess into our bed my night was over, i was kicked so many times uff got blue marks even :) but well ... the thing you do for love.

Had no idea sleepwalking is a disorder. Was blaming on the moon all the time but now I got something else to blame. Wonder what :) ....

Anyway it gos away with age and makes some fun stories from the past. Or maybe she was sooo exited to go to school after autumn vacation :)

She is the ONE and ONLY

so this will probably be my best shot at the studio tryout. anyway I am still waiting for PS to come home to me so I had no possibilities to work and edit the pics my way.

By the way reading other blogs can´t understand how everyone has soooo much to say :) I just mention couple things and I´m done leaving you with your imagination :) sorry not my day

Cant stop thinking. Bokeh makes everything so dreamy. Since I cannot sleep well for the last week I do not know now when I am awake anymore. Can't wait for the weekend, probably will take it easy this time ...

Busy Week

As September came the time increased its speed. Now instead of thinking what to do, I need to think on how to do thing quicker so I could do more. Wednesday I was asked to take some pics of my brother's in Law precious bike :)

Maybe I did not get any good result but at least I got attention from pedestrians who thought something serious is going on :)

And this evening I am going for a try out in a professional photo studio. Hope it will work fine. Fingers crossed: after all I am taking 4 kids with me.

Men are like fine wine: They all start out as grapes, and it is your job to stomp on them and keep them in the dark until they mature into something you'd want to have dinner with :D

Love - by a 6 year old

Everyday could be a story. But this one is special :)

It was an evening movie... some romantic comedy on TV. The conversation started on the kissing sceen. K: uuuu they are in love. Me: how do you know. K: Well when you see smone and that smone sees you, so you start staring at each other and then... you start kissing (pause.......) after 30 days and 4 summers, THEN you are in love :)

takes a bit of a time but if she will kiss a boy she met after 30 days and 4 summer, works fine for me. K is planning to like boys only when she is grown up now they are boring, dress in boring colors and smell funny :)

De ja vu

Looking at the old slides I just realized:

Watching my daughter grow is like remembering the childhood - long passed by. Like reliving the forgotten memories. Sweet and sad a bit at the same time but extremly interesting and exciting - where and how will it go.

The end to the summer. So we had no good weather, no sun to enjoy not even heat to wash in a cold lake. Anyway the fall comes with all its colors. Hopefully will enjoy it :)

Last weekend had a visit of twins at age of 14 and we played The next TOP model game :)

For future improvement: I am starting this blog with no knowledge about blogging' culture, hoping to improve myself to a star :)

It must be a good and interesting day to start. By this I am going to tell a mini story that happened to me this morning. It was a discussion between me and my 6 year old Princess :)

Early day for a school, crazy rainy night must have done it's job on the child's mood. I could not find her shoes today as well and was complaining how no one helps me around. there she comes and asks whether it would be better if I had no children. Shocking for me, but there I saw the light... NO I said... and paused.

Following conversation already in the car on the way to school: "Mom, why did you want to have a boy and not a girl???" Here I am in shock again. Why she thinks like that??? As we try to discuss the advantages of having a girl the ideas get more interesting: from pink dresses and ribbons, to make-up and smelling good and finally: babies come from girls not boys! uff what a morning, what a philosopher :)
